HOW TO PLAY
From simplicity, comes complexity.
Just a few simple rules give Dodeca its form.
1. Make A Move
You'll start your turn with 6 of your color, and 6 of the opposing color around the board. Each turn, you can move one piece on the board, from the spot it occupies to any other open intersection on the board.
2. Trap Your Opponent
When one (and only one) of your opponent's pieces is trapped between two of your own, it flips to your color.
4. Trigger A Cascade
If one piece flipping, creates a new pair of your pieces, trapping a new piece of your opponent's that one will flip too.
3. Regenerate
Any piece moved from the edge of the board regenerates, growing your pieces and possible moves.
5. Flip The Whole Board
As more pieces are added, the ripples created from any single move grow and grow. It's not uncommon for a single move to flip the whole board.
The First Player to 8 Wins
The first player to create an unbroken line of 8 pieces wins the game. A deceptively simple premise - can you make the winning move?
